Develop your flexibility and strength with a band from Indigo.  Ideal to be used during warm-ups and stretching exercises. Fold the band to regulate the strength and difficulty of the exercises. 

Blue band is medium (120x15x0.05cm)

Pink band is light (152x15x0.035cm)
