A program developed for advanced level students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in ballet training. Marie has worked closely with an internationally renowned physiotherapist, Debra Crookshanks, to fine tune the specialised program for dance students. This level includes a section focusing on boys training and development to safely prepare the body for pas de deux. an extra long resistance band is involved in multiple exercises to enhance the upper back strength and port de bras.

Marie has been known for her innovative teaching skills over the past three decades. She has developed this programme in muscle memory to improve the student's understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. After continual success in monitoring the students' progress in these integral arreas of ballet training, she has decided to record her progam to share with teachers and students.
